I've never gotten over the fact that only seven years after 9/11, the U.S. elected a President with VERY strong ties to Indonesia and Islam. Even in 2006, I would never have believed we'd do that. Not in a million years.
The United States has been turned upside down. If we do not elect Donald Trump in this election - and I suspect that it has already been rigged against him - we will have a catastrophic outcome within four years. I don't know if that means WAR, GULAGS, MASS STARVATION, all three, or maybe even an oppressive society that more closely resembles Orwell's 1984 than did the Soviet Union, but it won't be pretty. Our time is about up. The debt says so.
Will President Trump turn us around? I hope so but I doubt it. I think this is too big to turn around. As I've said many times, PROTECT YOURSELVES. Buy a farm with its own, non-municipal water. Buy guns, ammo, liquor, precious metal, food, medicine, fertilizer, clothes, and everything else you'll need in the future if society falls into disarray. Develop the skills you'll need to survive.
Consider leaving the U.S. It is ground zero for what is coming. Nobody's going to care about you if you're holed up in Peru or Chile. I haven't done this myself (my wife is unwilling) but that doesn't stop me from recommending it.
If you're in the suburbs and people in your area get hungry, you might as well be living in South Central Los Angeles. I wish you the best of luck.
