I use Lucas a lot tranny stuff god too. And YES I made some $$$$$ My money box got pretty low............ it needed an infusion for sure LOL

It was the oil pressure valve in the pump, the spring lost all tensil. It had no puch. pump couldn't make pressure...... Man had to take the whole dang thing apart again, sub frame out and all. Just got done 8 hours for a dang spring,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Lucas Oil Products are very good. They will quiet noisy rods and worn out motors.

I think after you drained the "motor honey" you should have considered just buyying a bottle of engine flush and get all the residue of that crap out of the engine.

I good High Mileage motor oil with some LUCAS additive would make that quiet and sweet again. Of course, if the oil pump went bad, that had to be replaced as well.

Start with a CLEAN inner engine and then add your own additives and things should work a little smoother fer ya!

Good job though seriously on getting yer hands dirty and getting it sold, hopefully for a profit...
