A LOT of years of experience and knowledge in those folks many of whom have a good sense of showing up to work when the doors are open.
I always found I had problems with the young folks. I tried to hire older people because the younger age group is so non-dependable plus they always felt like they were simply entitled...
Besides, people who are 55 plus and not retired still need to earn a living as well.......
