Uh, "he mama" was only 18 when Barry was born. In 1961, the law stated that when one parent is a U.S. citizen and the other a foreign national, citizenship is only granted to the child if the U.S. citizen parent resided in the U.S. for a total of 10 years prior to birth of the child "with FIVE of the years after the age of 14.”
Stanley Ann Dunham did not meet requisite status.
The law was later changed, which is why so many don't seem to care about this.
