There will be no indictment. The DOJ has failed the "justice is blind" test. We all know that.
The most that Republicans can hope is that the FBI recommendation leaks. Whether it's "indict" or "don't indict," *I* want to know what it says. It will most likely state what would have happened if Hillary had been put on trial before an impartial jury.
