Adventures in Windows Ten Land

I upgraded to windows 10 on the last day ya could do it for free. How bad could it be, I thought to myself. It's worse than that.

All your old files will be right where ya left em. First thing I tried was solitaire and the old game isn't there. What ya have is a bunch of games that I don't care anything about and ya have to have internet access, a login and a password to access them. Seems I have to download the New Solitaire game which does not work as well as the old ones. According to reports on the internet it just shuts down from time to time for no apparent reason.

Edge (the new internet browser) is a POS of the highest order. It does give you an icon to click on so ya can tell em how well you like it. Once ya click on the icon and fill out a statement and click to send it to em it takes you to a page where you have to have a login and a password in order to complain. I am amazed that you don't have to have a login and a password to turn the fricken machine off.

Edge seems to work more or less the same way that the browser on an android tablet works. It sucks bigtime. I tried to tell em that but I didn't have a login and a password to the itsux app.

I have an option to go back to windows 7, but I am a stubborn sumbitch and I am also wise enough to know that my puter will not work the same if I go back to win 7.

Surprisingly most of my old windows 7 programs seem to work. At least all of them that can be found.
