Dear Judge:
Turn in your Judgeship and law degree immediately.

The Constitution is a document that defines the PEOPLE'S rights from getting run over by a tyrannical government both THEN in the 18th century as well as the 21st century, NOT about the culture or the technology of the world today.
It is about protecting the rights of the citizens of this nation from an oppressive government, and it gets more oppressive every single day....

WHERE did you get your law degree anyway? Cracker Jack box or some RADICAL LEFT WING loony tunes law department such as Harvard , YALE, Columbia, MOST Ivy league schools ?????
