NEW LAW this week makes the EPA overwhelmingly powerful

As of last WEEK, the TSCA Modernization Act was fully
enacted. It gives the EPA unprecedented new powers...
Such as

-forfeitng state statures on pollution, making their word
the only one (ie west va doesnt want pfc dumping but
if epa said pfc is okay then west va cannot stop them)

-regulating fee collection based on chemical reports

-the ability to conduct own experiments if outside
labs give back results they dont like,,,,,, sweet,,,,,,,,ACEHOLES

.....and many more, give it a good read.
Cross this with gov agencies being armed as of
this year, the EPA is no longer something you
can sleep on....scary shxt my friends
