some of us that have concealed carry licenses, and of course ribit as a former law officer can carry, have been saying through all these shootings that the bad guys generally go to places where carrying a concealed weapon is not allowed, even if you have taken all the necessary classes and training.

Imagine if there were more than one person with self defense weapon there.
That bad boy would look like a bad piece of swiss cheese.

In today's world, if you are going to really be able to defend yourself from people who mean you or your family harm,

you had best prepare to defend them and learn how to handle a weapon and then get one or two and a lot of ammo.

Thinkin about your nature retreat up north....... in the middle of nowhere where it is just YOU and the bad guys.....

No, he didn't prevent it. He ended it VERY quickly.

And the media then did its part by not distributing the story.

This pretty well debunks the idea that concealed carry firearms couldn't have helped in Aurora or Orlando. They very well could have. Just ONE well aimed shot and the gunman goes down.
