JJ to XYZ Corporation: "You know what? I have a minority community relations consulting company that helps companies with race problems like yours. If you hire my company for a gazillion dollars, I bet I can make your race problems go away. What do you say?"

It's called extortion. "I'm here to sell you fire insurance. What ... you say you already have fire insurance? Well, you don't have MY kind of fire insurance!"
