...this is (I think) a pic of where they breached the wall at the back of the club. Those things around the hole appear to be bullet holes made from the outside.

...just lookin at the holes they mighta been made with one of them 9mm machine guns. I believe that .223 rounds would have reduced the wall to rubble. Of course the wall could be poured full of concrete which would make a difference.

Probably. I read a story today that said there was no evidence that the gunman's AR-15 had been modified. Since the human finger can only pull a trigger about 40 times in a minute, I don't think anyone would mistake his gun for automatic.
