These so called middle class people GET everything THEY WANT and make no plans for contingency funds as if they are never going to have any rainy day troubles. Then they whine like little babies who never learned any lessons from Mommy and Daddy.
LIVE DEBT FREE dumbasses. PAY CASH for things and be sure to save at a minimum five percent of every dollar you bring home..... DO NOT touch it. SAVE IT.
Every week. ONLY BUY things YOU HAVE TAO HAVE.
PAY your frickin car off and next time, do not BUY A NEW ONE if you cannot pay for it up front. SAVE for it! Get a used one.
Your house? Oh my... I see what these kids buy for their houses and cringe. Never satisfied or content. Always have to have a showpiece or the biggest and best... NOT what they can afford.
My house budget was always based on what would my unemployment be if I ever lost my job? Could I make my house payment and property taxes??
That lowers considerably what one will look at for a house.
LEARN to DO WITHOUT early on and do not go into debt...
