Yep! That is what I saw except I could not tell whether she kicked him in the groin actually.
My observation is merely that she, being handcuffed is pretty much defenselss and the cop came over and looks like he he hauled off and either punched her or slapped her not once, but at least twice in the head/face and she was already cuffed.
That is why he is in trouble imo. I personally do not like that a prisoner, male or female, ill take a swipe at cops. I saw a show called cops last week where someone would not do what they were told and they hog tied the bad guy. They did not beat him up.
That hog tie would have solved this entire problem and situation and the cop would never have been kicked and still have his job...
Neither person is innocent in this video imo. As you say, let the locals deal with it, but pretty sure you may here da boy pissident be talkin tom foolery about this one soon. Don;t be surprised iffen he wants another beer party to make everyone happy again....
