Micro,
I went back and watched the video.
It looks like she kicked the cop in the nuts. Twice.
The video also says she was kicking and biting.

The cop was fired immediately.

However, I don't know what that woman's problem was
(or still is), but, clearly she has (and was) a problem
that night.

I would not jump on any bandwagons over this.
I'd leave it to the local authorities to decide who
was how much wrong and mete out the appropriate
punishments.

Zim.

I watched the video.

Still no excuse to BEAT a handcuffed prisoner repeatedly like he did. What he doled out was far more than he received and I also observed not one other officer there even made a move to put her where she belonged.

This guy went berserk on an almost defenseless woman.

He does not have the temperament to be a cop. It isn;t his right to beat up multiple times someone who is handcuffed.

JMO and yours may be different, but that is how I see it, and I support the police and sheriffs.
What she did was wrong. What he did was even worse...
