I am GLAD that you posted this though because it is a BIG reminder to go check all those same holes on my windows as well!!! Of course, I don;t live in a woods but dirt and leaves will do the same thing..
A NICE tip for everyone who has trees around and windows that have sills with weep holes for the water to run back OUT and DOWN....

Over the winter, living in the woods the weep holes in one of my windows plugged up and the rain ran on the inside of the wall to my floor. Had a real soft spot right where I sit down at the pooter, Well I started cutting and ripping and I get new flooring tomorrow lol weeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
