The two key elements necessary for terrorism are idealism and financial support.
The idealism:
The Saudis have now financed some 1,900 mosques in the US alone. These mosques are often used by radical Imams to spew radicalization. Obama and his progressive cronies have made it offensive (through their "political correct" propaganda) to criticize in any way these mosques or the radical Imams. In addition, Obama has declared CAIR, despite being another name for the Muslim Brotherhood and declared a terrorist organization by Egypt and several Arab countries, off limits to law enforcement
The funding:
Once radicalized funds are readily available through Iran. Despite knowing that Iran was financing more terror that all other sources in the world combined, Obama and his band of Liberal fools we call Senators and Congressmen. saw fit to release $150 BILLION to Iran.
Indirectly, it is Obama and the Liberal Democrats in the US who support, fund and promote world terrorism.
