...there was a report I read recently about fraud against the govt being TOO EXPENSIVE to investigate or prosecute. Claim is that it is cheaper to just let the fricken thieves do whatever they want. Oddly the IRS has no problem pursuing me for Thirteen bucks and a little change awhile back.

I want to know how he was able to accrue that kind of money on an EBT card. IMO, those things should top out at about a hundred bucks. At some point, the dollar balance should tip off even the stupidest bureaucrat that food isn't really a priority.
