the big point that is missed is this:
robots do not get paid (FORCED) benefits, go on leaves of absence, get sick leave or paid sick leave, never complain, do what they are told and work at a steady pace. They are CONSISTENT....
Second, in this article the author states that a lot of people giving feedback state that most employers are already at the absolute minimum number of employees.
Really? Who told those dimwits that??? That is a farce.
A company can always reduce even more. I always had at least one more person than what I thought I needed just because someone might be off work.
Robots don't get sick.
These socialistic idiots better get their heads on soon or there won;t be any of these entry level jobs left, that honestly are not paying too badly for what they are doing.
Did you all know, and I have a friend who is store manager at a Hobby Lobby, that a new full time employee starts at $15.00 an hour PLUS full benefits???
I mean, how good is that? Someone who knows nothing, can show up and go to work in a fairly nice environment for $15.00 an hour plus healthcare, vacation, sick days, etc....
Oh well. Glad I am no longer an employer....
