...iffen I was a senator instead of king and the president was tossed out for a high crime or misdemeanor and sent to prison and the vp issued em a pardon, I would immediately toss his sorry ass out.

...if the pres and vp both go out of office then the next pres is the speaker o de house I think. Right now he's a republican.

That makes the liberal VP THE NEXT PRESIDENT and that person would likely issue a pardon.
