This guy is far too conservative for Obama.
He knows he won't get confirmed. He is only doing this to try to make something stick to Trump and the Republican Senators up for election in November that they blacked a Supreme nominee.

If ya can sway the clueless and yellow dogs that them thar evil conservatives were only following middle class Joe's own rule ya has a chance of regaining Harry Reid as leader of the Senate, which is only slightly worse than Mitch McConnell....
