The city of Louisville, according to a 2010 study, was spending $1.5 million to $2 million a year in 2008 to remove lead pipes.

And, right here is a prime example for why the federal
government should not be involved in 'removing lead'.

When the socialists get on with their crusade to remove
lead . . . they will look at places like Louisville and
say 'We don't need to spend any money removing lead in
Louisville' . . .

The good folks in Louisvile have already ponied up tens
of millions of dollars to remove lead . . . and they will
be expected to pony up tens of million of dollars more to
help remove lead from places like Flint.

It ain't fair.

Zim.
