...I see the unbreakable encryption as being a problem for law enforcement and a boon for criminals and terrorists. We can do what we want, but we should ask ourselves what kind of world we want to live in. I don't deal in crime or terrorism and I don't want folks who do to have any rocks to hide under. Peeking in your phone isn't a violation of your rights if you know they can and will do it. They will likely sneak a peek anyway, it's just right now that they are behind the technology curve. It won't last. I would see it as a violation of your rights if they grabbed ya off the street and waterboarded ya until ya told em what was on your phone.
Basically I think that if they get a search warrant from the courts they oughta be able to look about anywhere they want. If your clean it won't take em long to find out.
