...the fbi takin a peek in ya phone isn't the equivalent of setting the stage for tyranny. We use cell phone tracking technology to locate and kill high value terrorists all the time. Do ya think we are violating their rights? Do ya care? I don't! If they don't want to die then they should find another method to communicate.

Of course not. But I place a high value on privacy and very little value on the contents of one telephone.
Tell me: What do you think might be on this one telephone that's worth surrendering the rights of some 320 million people? 'cuz this isn't really about that phone, imo. It's about our government being able to spy on its citizens. It's about the servants forgetting who the Masters are supposed to be. It's about setting the stage for tyranny.
