...negative interest rates are effectively a tax. Ya make the depositors pay to bail out the banks and then ya take the money the gubmint saves by not doing it themselves and redistributing it to the shallow end of the gene pool.

I can't say for certain if the right wing conservatives
created negative interest rates and other assorted stupidities . . . .

But I can say most certainly that it is left wing socialists
and their hanger-ons who are bent on stealing everyone
on the planet blind with them.
