...lots of people are scamming the government. When politicians use tax money to buy votes they are not going to be very stringent when it comes to detecting, preventing or punishing fraud. That makes the gubmint a willing victim of the scam.

micro, once on the news I saw a
story about a black guy who would
go to class to get his government
check and then go party. He would
not go to any more classes until
his next check came in. He was
scamming the program and did so
for quite some time. Finally they
cut him off.
