The outage could affect refunds, but the IRS says it doesn't anticipate "major disruptions."

...wonder if updating the system to actually track whether or not ya have healthcare or not and then keeps ya refund if ya has one coming. There hasn't been any other major changes that I am aware of.

...perhaps it was updated by the folks who built the obonzocare website that only cost us half a billion (or was that trillion?) bucks and still don't work.
