The Panthers destroyed the Arizona Cardinals by simply being superior on both sides of the ball. They were overwhelming on Defense and overwhelming on offense when the defense gave them the ball from yet another takeaway from the struggling Cardinals.
This was not an accident and should be a scary signal to the rest of the league. The Cardinals were for real. They were a very good football team. They lived on the big pass plays and that was their Achilles heel against an aggressive and dominant defense like the Panthers.
I think Carson Palmer must have thought that the guys in the Blue and white jerseys were his offensive linemen trying to form a pocket for him.....
It was complete and utter destruction of a good Carolina team. Congrats to Cam Newton and the Carolina defense for their super bowl invitation.
SUPER BOWL Prediction:
I'll take the Panthers.
Cam and the boys are for real. Cam has really developed into the QB leadership role and is leading by example. He is mobile, agile, and hostile. My kind of player.
Panthers by 21 over the Broncos.
Their defense will not let Peyton Manning get anything going and in fact, I kind of am afraid somewhat for Peyton's health in this game.
New England has an okay defense. Nothing spectacular.
Carolina's is unbelievably great and I do not think the Broncos O line will keep them out of the backfield and off of Manning.
Meanwhile, Cam will Run wild and throw. He is extremely mobile and has a lot of moves. The Bronco defense is good, but they cannot do it all alone in this game.
