Oh, I know. Fortunately, I didn't own any SRPT on Friday - when the FDA came out with a preliminary report that was highly negative. Unfortunately, I had recommended it to a family member who bought shares, and he was clobbered. I feel really bad about that.
The FDA comes out with its decision *this* Friday. I think the markets have pretty much written off any chance of approval for the company's muscular dystrophy drug.
SRPT is *not* a one-trick pony. It has other products and may actually be worth buying at these prices. But eteplirsen is the reason I was interested in the company
Oh well. These things happen. Every SRPT story prior to this was optimistic... and then *wham*.
