There is nothing in it that has to be interpreted by the legal high priests of the land. A constitution that can only be understood by legal scholars or the supreme court is worthless. If you have to lock yourself in a closet, jump up and down on one foot while rubbing your belly and patting your head to understand a DECISION then the decision is wrong.
