The Constitution
...was written by brilliant men to be understood by the common man. There is nothing in it that is difficult to understand. There is nothing in it that has to be interpreted by the legal high priests of the land. A constitution that can only be understood by legal scholars or the supreme court is worthless. If you have to lock yourself in a closet, jump up and down on one foot while rubbing your belly and patting your head to understand a DECISION then the decision is wrong.
