The only change from the norm here is that judges agreed to be available to hear grievances and issue warrants on the spot as necessary, as opposed to LEO's rousing an unsuspecting judge out of bed. The Tin Cap Brigade of nemo's does a disservice to those worried about actual misuses of power with this shit. Smart people just have to learn to ignore dumb people, in the main.
