...if it's a violation of the constitution to have a poll tax because you have the right to vote, should it not also be a violation of the constitution to tax firearms? Shouldn't the imbeciles in black robes at least be striving for some sort of consistency?

Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
