Apologies.... I thought you owned that comment... I didn't realize that you were attributing it to Yellen.
The only thing I can think of is that Yellen and the Fed are finally realizing that economic cycles *do* exist and that when (not if) we enter the next down turn, they have absolutely no wiggle room left.
