For the sake of good will and seasonal harmony,
I have accepted a challenge to a DOG BOWL
football game to be played between US and the
Other Church with a Pope team. So far the only
problems I foresee are. we do not have a name
for the team or the church, and we do not have
eleven members. We can likely recruit a few.
I have made it a point of acceptance that the
other team can be made up only of sitting
Cardinals and or Arch Bishops. Team, I think
we have a good chance here. The other Pope
and I have a side bet, the stakes being the total
of the poorboxes in ALL of our churches. (I
think Frank is getting a bit senile...)
