nope dg I have not. I have my brother punch me or a cow kick me. I took my wife to one of those chiroprators twice. Both times were bad experiences. Lots of visits and payments, zero results.

I guess pretty much most of us who are up over 60 live in some form of pain or other.
The sciatic nerve stuff is a new one. I discovered I don't like it and it came at a bad time!

I am going to my daughter's in Virginia Beach right after Christmas to be with them and my grandson for a week.

My other daughter and her family are also going but staying in Colonial Williamsburg at a time share resort they belong to. We will be doing lots of walking from what I gather and right now ME and Walking do not get along well.

So that has to change. I have two weeks to straighten up and get rid of this. Trust me, I am trying every stretching exercise I was shown at rehab for my low back.

micro, because of the openings between
my mouth and sinus, I have been living
with pain in my head. It has actually
been moving around all over the right
side. I think getting that root canal
pulled may finally let my body heal
itself. Anyway, for three years I have
been living on aspirin, tylinol, motrin,
ibupropin, and other types. Often I have
mixed several sometimes. It is not fun
to be in pain and I have a high tolerance
for pain. Have you tried getting your
back punched by one of them fake doctors?
Sometimes it actually works.
