Well now, thank you.
Last night I took three Advil and ONE muscle relaxer before going to bed.
I actually slept the entire night and mrs. micro had to wake me this morning. A good night of sleep.
Maybe adding the muscle relaxer to the advil is the key as it would help loosen up tissues that are obviously inflamed.
I am feeling somewhat better this morning as well but I am taking it easy rest of this week.
Today is my birthday and my wife made a Strawberry ultra supreme cake for the occasion. You put real strawberries and their juices after thawing,(frozen cut up berries) into both the cake batter AND the icing.
Talk about an explosion of strawberry in your mouth!
It is sweet , a heavy cake, and delicious.
We made it for our grandkids really because they LOVE this and have Grandma to make their birthday cake every year. SO, the kids will be happy later today as will I.
I will indulge in a piece tonight and perhaps one tomorrow. The rest goes home with the kids...
Another year older.... wow. and I still feel I can do as much as I did 20 years ago, except for the sciatica which should eventually go away.
Amazing how quickly the calendar turns....
