Another way to control executive orders would be to let the president write em and then send em to congress for a vote. 51% in the house 2/3 in the senate and it's official. Otherwise it goes in the shitcan.

can someone point me to where that is or was ever to be used to write LAWS or RULES governing things that Congress said NO to??????
I don't know if what is going on with THIS particular impostor of a potus is much different than the previous ones right before him AND WHAT is/was the intended use of an executive order?
