Speaking of the executive orders,
can someone point me to where that is or was ever to be used to write LAWS or RULES governing things that Congress said NO to??????
I don't know if what is going on with THIS particular impostor of a potus is much different than the previous ones right before him AND WHAT is/was the intended use of an executive order?

...if I was the president I would force congress to do something about the constitutionality of the pen and phone governing process. First I would issue an executive order lowering their pay to $1.00 per year and then I would issue one eliminating their healthcare and retirement. Then I would issue one turning off the electricity in the halls of congress. I'd make them sumbitches so miserable they would have to have a congressional convention and limit the presidents powers constitutionally.
