Had I bought just 10 or 20 of the
guns I looked at as a kid, I could
sell them for a small fortune today.
Once, when I was in Albuquerque, I
saw about 100 94 Winchesters lined
up on floor racks. As I recall, they
were $35 each. I blew my money on a
year of college. In Gallup I saw a
Henry repeater in a pawn shop. I
also saw a 94 Winchester rifle with
a hexagon barrel. Those were the days!
