You don't. As with here, the site doesn't host large pictures - probably because of the amount of disk space they occupy. But it can post large pictures that are hosted anywhere else on the internet.
I like tinypic.com and use.com for hosting my pictures. Both are free and fairly anonymous. tinypic.com is the easier of the two. When it loads pictures, it creates links that you can post to icyboards.net using the image icon.
Let me know if you need me to be more specifc.
