Kinda yanking your chain a bit Micro, but seriously, this year the SEC is NOT the top Power 5 conference.

It pains me to say so, but the B1G is.

Georgia was a perennial contender in the SEC, the BEST football conference period.

You forgot Vince Dooley? This would be a step up from TCU and thrust ANY coach into the spotlight.

WHO would not relish the opportunity to pl;ay against ALABAMA, Auburn. Florida, Texas A&M, LSU, Ole Miss, Miss. State, Tennessee, etc.. year in and out?

Cincy is never gonna be in the same league with the power five contenders. Dantonio defintely used Cincy as a stepping stone to go to Michigan State and build that program.

Patterson could do the same at Georgia.
