I hate to break the news to dear Pope Francis, socialaist at large, BUT he seems to be another suffering from no knowledge of history.
Let's go back to the time of Christ's birth...
What country was he born in? Israel
WHO was occupying Israel and most of the western world at that time BY FORCE? The ROMAN ARMY.
Rome???? Where is that??? Is that where POPES came from??
Rome? like in former emperors declaring themselves to be the head of the church?
The world was at war and occupied by ROME during Christ's birth so this Pope decides to ignore history
and make one of the most idiotic statements of all time.
Don't know about y'all, but I am going to be thankful, and AM thankful, for the SON of GOD coming to earth IN SPITE of ROMAN occupation of Israel, and in spite of what this socialist from South America has to say. Just shows that there is know limit or boundaries on showing ignorance of historical facts....
I wonder if we are allowed to be THANKFUL this THURSDAY here in America because little pope francis claims that the world being at war is more important?
