The Government is now telling companies they cannot layoff or reduce hours unless they have bona fide business reasons (under penalty of perjury) in order to get to the 55-99 employee-size company.
Is this the United States of America anymore? It certainly isn't the bastian of freedom it used to be. Did you ever believe we could descend into totalitarianism this fast? Forget the Supreme Court; they've shown themselves to be worthless as far as protecting our Constitution. The question is, even just 15 years ago, did you ever think the United States Government would be forcing you to buy a service you didn't want, or controlling the actions companies take to control their costs, or listening in on all your phone calls and emails, or persecuting companies because of their political leanings?
This isn't "tweeking the Obamacare law" anymore. This is dictating anything necessary to further an agenda, to get what Mao wants. This is exactly what Roosevelt did with social security.
It's a forgone conclusion that Hillary wants a single payer system. If elected, she'll get it. And she will get elected. This is what America now wants. So, the Government will now be in charge of what companies can do, at what age you will have to work to and what quality of healthcare you will receive. This is the same Government that runs the Veterans Administration (and provides the kind of quality healthcare to our Vets) and rolled out Healthcare.gov and protected the Americam Embassy in Libya.
These new mandates will be rationalized by EVERYONE on the left. It's in support of Obamacare, right? Therefore, it must be okay. Well, it's our America we're "Transforming". We have no one to blame but ourselves. Onward with HILLARY!!!
