I know - What does cooking have to do with the Constitution? Absolutely nothing! I'm off on a tangent. This is the only forum I use, and cooking is a hobby.

You have to admit, though: Deviled Eggs with Smoked Salmon DOES sound good, right?

Ingredients
6 hard-boiled eggs, halved
Chopped smoked salmon
Chives
Mayonnaise
Hot Sauce
Salt & pepper

Cooking Directions
Mix yolks with mayonnaise, hot sauce, chives and salt and pepper to taste. Scoop mixture back into halved egg whites. Serve topped with the smoked salmon.
