I clicked on a link to a CBS News Poll result about Maobama's plummeting approval rating http://www.scribd.com/embeds/185695292/content?start_page=1 , and the text shown below came up. I'm including the "corrupt" text since I wouldn't be surprised if it was posted this way by mistake and gets corrected.
What I'm really wondering is if this is the way that CBS is protecting its sensitive documents from the NSA's prying eyes, by using replacement words such as "Embargoed"... by misspelling all sorts of key words, etc. - a code designed to avoid key words for which the NSA's software searches? If that's what CBS is doing, then it's a smart strategy but they obviously didn't intend to post the document in this state. Obviously, they'd need automation to seamlessly encrypt and decrypt the text.
