One step further. Repeal every single law that infringes on the rights of people. Period.

Add a BALANCED BUDGET amendment to the Constitution AND ELIMINATE EXECUTE ORDERS.
NO MORE CZARS, period.
Back to basics with a SECRETARY over a department period, who must be approved by BOTH houses of Congress with a two thirds majority vote both houses.
This eliminates the partisan hacks and loading from both parties as we have seen.
