Agree with you totally!

Imagine being an Insurance company who has complied with the WRITTEN and SIGNED LAW, but now Mao has "promised" he would not enforce it if they would be so kind to offer those policies the law he wrote outlawed.

If you are the insurance companies, do you trust him and violate the written law???? This does give the Feds the right to go after them prosecutorially.

I don't think they are that stupid.

I wouldn't trust him or take his word for anything.

micro,

Mao said today that he won't change the law. However, as head of the Executive branch, he promises to not ENFORCE the portion of his own law that penalizes insurers that reinstate non-compliant (with the Unaffordable Care Act) healthcare policies.

We've seen him do this before - when he refused to enforce immigration law. He had a legal duty to protect America's borders but told Arizona that illegal immigrants captured in Arizona and [lawfully] turned over to I.N.S. would not be deported. Remember when he did that? Arizona had no choice but to release the thousands of illegals who were pouring through its Southern border and causing havoc.

The man is guilty of dereliction of duty and should be booted from office before being put on trial. He took an oath in which he promised to uphold and defend the Constitution, but he has willfully failed to do so.
