LOL! It will be designed so that caring for a child in any other fashion (by yourself, with the help of friends or family, etc) becomes absolutely unbearable. ("You don't HAVE to participate," they'll say. "You'll just receive a penalty if you don't.")
It was only a short time ago, after all, that a Liberal-asshole on MSNBC dictated that children belong to society, not to their parents.
You can see where this is headed. Here's the lifecycle of the future American:
BORN (under liberal, state-run Maobamacare) ==> RAISED (in liberal, state-run child care) ==> EDUCATED (in liberal, state-run schools) ==> MARRIED (by liberal, state-run, gender-ambivalent county clerks) ==> HOUSED (in liberal, state-run prisons) ==> KILLED (by liberal, state-run death panels.)
