It sounds asinine, but what they're actually doing is forcing Google, Facebook, etc., to turn over their data on the guy. Maybe the guy was using services that the NSA doesn't currently tap (hey, there are a few, or so I hear.)

Isn't this fucking asinine? Obama's NSA freely spies on any and all American citizens. But they respect this guys rights? Don't they understand he's fucking dead?
