Ribit - they can 'demand' all they want. I don't give a damn what the courts say - IT IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL SEARCH AND SEIZURE - and I most definitely WILL fight them over it - physically. No, I don't care that they will win.

If they attempt it in Texas - I can, and will, LEGALLY place them under citizens arrest for a felony offense.

...they can also stop ya for a minor traffic violation and demand you to hand over your cellphone. I clean off all messages and all calls daily for that reason. Im not doin anything, but regardless of that, what I am doing is none of their bidness.
