I was also thinking of you and the Mrs.

I have so many cousins in the shore area.

I believe my cousin's house in Mantoloking has been destroyed. Last email from her was early yesterday morning.

The Mantoloking Bridge is out and that would be the way to get back on to the island.

Her house is probably in the bay. Its value now is 3M, but I fear it is gone.

Take care, Due. 'k

All ok here, mon, Thanks for your concern.

Power went out about 8pm just as I was composing a post about how it was getting flakey. ;-))

Back on line now, running on generator. Not so bad here as elsewhere in the state. No damage to house or garden. Lots of trees down, roads closed from downed power lines. Two houses on our street damaged by falling trees. We're the only house on the block with running water, so I told my neighbors to feel free to fill up here. Don't expect power back for at least another day or more.

This isn't a local picture, but it's typical.
